Plain-English summary: You order a 3D-printed object; we print it, box it, and ship it. If it arrives damaged, we make it right. If you change your mind, you have 30 days to send it back. Payment goes through Stripe. If you have a question, email legal\.com — we'd rather answer than argue.
By placing an order or creating an account on CastleRock3D, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't order. We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here at least 30 days before they take effect, and if you have an account we'll email you.
Physical 3D-printed objects, printed and shipped by us from Castle Rock, CO. Each product page describes the material, approximate finish, and dimensions. Because each item is individually printed, small variations in color, layer lines, and finish are normal — not defects.
Prices are in US dollars and shown on each product page. Sales tax is calculated at checkout by Stripe based on your shipping address. Shipping charges are shown before you pay. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders where the listed price was clearly wrong; if we do, you get a full refund immediately.
Payment is processed by Stripe. We don't see or store your card number — only a token from Stripe. Stripe's processing fees are paid by us, not you.
Most orders enter production within 1–2 business days and ship within 5–10 business days depending on print time and queue. Larger or custom items may take longer — if so, we'll email you before charging. Shipping via USPS, UPS, or FedEx per your selection at checkout. Tracking is emailed once the package ships.
Once the carrier scans the package as delivered, risk of loss passes to you. If a package is marked delivered but you can't find it, contact the carrier first (address confirmation, delivery photo), then email us — we'll help track it down and if it's truly lost, we'll reprint or refund at our discretion.
If your item arrives damaged in transit, or has a manufacturing defect that goes beyond normal print-to-print variation, email support\.com within 14 days with photos. We'll reprint and reship at no cost or issue a full refund — your call.
You can return an item for any reason within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus original shipping. Item must be returned in the condition you received it — unbroken, no paint, no glue, no modifications. Return shipping is your cost unless the item was damaged or defective. Refunds process to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
Custom, commissioned, or personalized items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
Beyond the damaged/defective and return policies above, products are sold AS IS without additional warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product plus its shipping. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Buyers must be 18 or older, or 13–17 with the involvement of a parent or guardian whose name and address are on the account. Some products (e.g., miniatures with small detached parts) are not intended for children under 3.
Product designs, photos, and copy on this site are ours (or licensed to us). You may not copy them for commercial use. If you believe a listing infringes your rights, email legal\.com — we follow DMCA takedown procedures.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute goes to state or federal court in Douglas County, Colorado. You waive class-action rights for individual disputes under ,000, which will proceed in small-claims court instead.
